User Agreement

1.1. This User Agreement governs the use of the digital ecosystem, which includes the Taxi Fleet Manager application for taxi fleet owners and managers, and the Driver Desk application for drivers.

1.2. In this Agreement, these applications are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

1.3. The Platform is an information technology SaaS tool for accounting, monitoring, data exchange, and organizing interaction between the Fleet and the Driver.

1.4. The Platform is not an employer, is not a party to the car rental agreement, does not act as a carrier, employment intermediary, or financial institution.

1.5. All commercial, rental, labor, civil, and other disputes between the Fleet and the Driver are resolved directly between them.

2.1. Fleet — a taxi fleet owner, director, manager, or authorized user of Taxi Fleet Manager.

2.2. Driver — an individual who uses Driver Desk and cooperates with the Fleet.

2.3. Balance / Wallet — the internal accounting functionality of the Platform for reflecting accruals, deductions, and invoices.

2.4. GPS Data — location data of the vehicle and telematics events.

3.1. By creating an account or using the Platform, the user confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. If the user does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Platform.

4.1. The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete data.

4.2. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

4.4. The Operator has the right to restrict access in case of violation of the Agreement or the law.

5.1. The Platform is intended for vehicle tracking, repairs, financial records, GPS monitoring, and integration with Uber/Bolt.

5.2. The Platform does not guarantee orders, profit, or the absence of disputes.

6.1. The Balance is used exclusively for the digital display of settlements between the Fleet and the Driver.

6.2. The Balance is not a bank account or a payment service.

6.3. The Driver agrees that the Fleet has the right to reflect accruals for rent, repairs, fines, and compensations.

7.1. A vehicle assigned to a Driver may be tracked through the Platform.

7.2. Objectives of monitoring: property protection, safety, theft prevention, and operational control.

8.1. The Fleet has the right to leave reviews about the professional interaction with the Driver.

8.2. Information may be available to other Fleets for background checks.

9.1. The Platform may receive data from Uber, Bolt, etc., if connected.

9.2. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of data from third-party services.

12.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

12.2. The Operator is not liable for disputes between users or the legality of fines/payments.
